Seminar Class Attends Symphony Concert
Students from Canyonville Christian Academy’s seminar class traveled to hear the Eugene Symphony concert of January 21, 2016.
Featured works included a 20th century mass by Durable with 100-voice choir and Respighi’s “Pines of Rome” led by former music director Giancarlo Guerrero. Terry McQuilkin of The Register-Guard gives a brilliant review of the special evening at the Hult Center in Eugene.
CCA’s seminar class is a class offered to Juniors and Seniors with a GPA of 3.0 and above. The Seminar course provides students with an introduction to a variety of topics not generally offered at the high school level.
