SCHOOL RECORD SHATTERED IN GIRLS DISCUS THROW!!!
Senior thrower Jessica Johns got off a thundering 124-0 throw in the discus at the Riddle five-way meet April 7.
Johns bested the old school record of 111-10 set by Dana Williams in 1984. Jessica is currently leading the state 2A rankings and stands tied for number-six, all classifications.
Other CCA winners at the April 7 meet were Lucky Chen (200m), Serge Sendrali (1500m), Jayonna Kurtz (400m) and Johns (shot).
