The coaches of the Mountain View Conference voted Canyonville Christian Academy’s head coach Cathy Lovato as their 2016 top coach for boys’ track and field.

The Pilot  boys’ team swept the four short flat races (100, 200, 400, and 800), qualified six athletes for state, and placed third in the final  standings at the league championship meet.
