Two new Canyonville Christian Academy international students, Emmauel Stand and Valentina Rios, are our first students from Colombia. We are so thrilled to have them study with us at CCA. Their presence on campus is already felt as they have made many new friends who are interested in knowing more about Colombian culture. Dr. Wynelle Cowder, director of the J. Vender Murphy School in Barranquillo accompanied the two students to Canyonville. We enjoyed her visit and new friendship. The El Heraldo newspaper in Colombia wrote an article about Emmanuel and Valentina.
