Canyonville, Canyonville Christian Academy and most of Oregon was hit by a week (Dec. 4-10) of sub-freezing temperatures.  The thermometers went as low as 16 degrees Fahrenheit (-9 C) and the valley floor was covered by a light  blanket of snow and ice.
