Senior Jack Yoo capped his Canyonville Christian Academy track career with three state meet medals May 22 and 23 at Hayward Field in Eugene: 3rd – Triple Jump; 4th – Long Jump; and a leg on the 4th place 400m relay team.

Leading the girls were Sasha Eck (6th – long jump and 8th – triple jump) and Mahli Beltran (8th – 200m).

The boys’ 400m relay team of Gabriel Martin, Jack Yoo, Ivan Chu, and Ivan Sandrali recorded a time of 45.90 (auto timed), just a whisker below the old record set in 2007.  The boys finished in 11th place among the Class 2A schools.
