Seminar Students Attend Eugene Symphony And New York Metropolitan Opera Simulcast
December activities for Canyonville Christian Academy’s seminar class students included two cultural events: the Eugene Symphony’s all-Tchaikovsky concert on Dec. 5 and a Dec. 14 performance of Verdi’s “Falstaff” by the New York Metropolitan Opera in a theatrical simulcast that went out to 60 countries worldwide.
Students from the class also attended an NBA game featuring the Portland Trail Blazer and the Indiana Pacers, two of the top-ranked professional basketball teams.
